Registration procedure

Pre-registration is required: fill in the online form on the preregistration page. You will receive thereafter a mail confirming that your pre-registration has been recorded, including a link to our registration website. Follow the link and fill in the different items (dont worry about the arrival and departure dates: just indicate the conference dates), including fieldtrip(s) if you plan to participate (see the Fieldtrip section below for more information). Finally, you can pay using our secured website.

Payment Information

Payment for registration and fieldtrip fees can be made by credit card (CB, VISA & MasterCard) or bank transfer. In case of registration at the time the symposium is being held, payment will be possible by cash or by credit card using the website. In that case, organizers cannot guarantee that you will be allowed to participate to the different extra symposium activities (Wine testing party, Farewell Dinner) due to limited number of places. We thus strongly encourage participants to register and pay as soon as possible.
